Department Specific Job Responsibilities:-
Google Ads Expertise:
• Proven ability to manage and optimize Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
• Skilled in Account Setup, keyword research, bid strategy implementation, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with A/B testing ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads metrics (CPC, CTR, Quality Score, etc.) and using them to enhance campaign performance.
• Ability to analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft BI.
• Ability to setup tracking codes and pixels on GTM, Google Analytics.
Paid Social Ads : Proficiency in running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with experience in audience targeting and boosting engagement.
CRM Tools : Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing using workflows.
Programmatic Advertising : Skilled in DV360 for advanced audience targeting and budget optimization.
Performance Analysis : Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and implementing data-driven improvements.
Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager.
Soft Skills Required:-
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proactive and eager to learn new marketing tools and strategies.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic is a must; proficiency in English is required.
• Experience: Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
