Job Description

Creative Development & Brand Management:

Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives, visual content, and marketing materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies, including content planning and creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking across platforms.

Agency & Partner Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and performance agencies to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:

Work closely with external agencies to develop and optimize performance marketing strategies with a focus on Google Ads. Manage lead generation and conversion, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and ROI-focused.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with different teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of two junior marketers, providing guidance, development opportunities, and performance oversight.

Project & System Management:

Implement and manage marketing tools, CRM systems, and workflow automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure smooth execution of marketing projects, tracking timelines and deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
