BROWZ Clinic,

a leading beauty brand in Dubai is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our clinic's services and brand. Creating and uploading short YouTube videos with engaging title descriptions and necessary links and hashtags. Update and maintain the clinic's website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging, select and provide appropriate images that align with the brand's aesthetic for use across the website. Design and Layout Updates for the website; assist with design updates and ensure the website layout remains user-friendly and visually appealing Ensure any new services are added to the website promptly and appropriately featured in relevant sections Manage Google business profile updates: post updates about new services, promotions, or events under each location, including images. Design and implement email marketing campaigns Familiar with Phorest software; create ads and campaigns; monitor performance regularly and adjust targeting, budget, or content as needed based on results Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to optimize our marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal team and external partners to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within the healthcare industry. Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Proficiency in You Tube Shorts, Google Updates, Digital Ads / Phorest Ads, Web management Experience with email marketing platforms Proficient in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Due to the nature of our business, we are looking only for female candidates
