Position Overview



We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Female Marketing Executive to lead our brand management and social media marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, executing compelling social media strategies, and fostering customer engagement to drive growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in brand management, a deep understanding of social media channels, and the creativity to design impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Management

Develop and implement a cohesive digital brand strategy that aligns with overall brand goals and enhances online brand perception. Oversee digital brand consistency across all platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and online partnerships. Oversee branding efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and customer experience across all touchpoints. Lead brand audits and manage brand assets to maintain cohesive brand standards.

Social Media Marketing

Create and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement and build community. Develop content calendars and work with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce compelling multimedia content. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Implement paid social campaigns to support product launches, brand campaigns, and key marketing initiatives.

Campaign Management

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that reinforce brand messaging and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs. Manage marketing budgets for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support

Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, product, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging across the organization. Lead partnerships with influencers, agencies, and other stakeholders to expand brand reach and drive awareness.

Data Analytics and Reporting

Utilize analytics tools to measure social media, campaign, and brand performance metrics. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on brand performance and social media KPIs. Use data to continuously optimize campaigns, content, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on brand management and social media. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and social media campaigns. Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional team
