Home Square Real Estate is URGENTLY looking for a marketing executive who has knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, content creation and graphic design!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop promotional content and videos for properties available for sale in Dubai. Create high-quality images and videos of properties for listings, ads, and social media. Post engaging content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Manage and optimize company's digital presence through various marketing channels. Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company's branding and target audience. Support the company's IT needs including website updates, software troubleshooting, and maintaining an effective digital infrastructure. Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion through online platforms. Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Solid understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Dubai. Proficiency in tools such as:

Video Editing Software

(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

Photo Editing Software

(e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva)

Social Media Management Tools

(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Graphic Design Software

(e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)

Website Management Tools

(e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)

Google Analytics

for performance tracking Excellent photography and videography skills with an eye for detail. Experience in managing and posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. Graphic design experience preferred, especially with real estate marketing materials. A valid driving license is preferred. Previous experience in marketing within the real estate sector is highly preferred.
