We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team in our leisure and entertainment organization in Dubai. This role involves social media management, content creation, community engagement, influencer coordination, and general marketing support. It's perfect for a motivated, creative individual who enjoys digital marketing and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc). Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Help in capturing and editing photos, videos, and reels for marketing purposes. Track and report on social media performance (likes, shares, engagement rates).

Community Engagement & Influencer Coordination

Identify and reach out to micro-influencers and content creators for brand collaborations. Assist in organizing giveaways, contests, and promotions to boost engagement. Maintain a database of potential influencers and brand partners.

Marketing Administration & Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and e

vents.

Help maintain and update the marketing content calendar. Support in preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and flyers). Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and promotional materials.

Email Marketing & CRM Support

Assist in sending out promotional campaigns. Maintain and update customer databases. Help track campaign results and provide basic reports.

Market Research & Reporting

Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and marketing performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience). 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome! Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut or similar design tools (Photoshop is a plus). Good writing skills for social media captions and emails. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn and grow in the marketing field.
