Responsibilities:Agency Liaison: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, providing clear direction and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns.Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage budgets and track ad spend.SEO & Content Marketing: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy, including creating a content calendar, writing blog posts, articles, and social media content.Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.Video Content Creation: Coordinate with video editors and other content creators to produce engaging video content for the clinic's website and social media channels.Develop creative video concepts and oversee the production process.Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking: Implement strategies to generate leads and track conversions.Analyze lead generation data and identify areas for improvement.Reporting & Analytics: Track key marketing metrics, including website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing performance and present findings to clinic leadership.Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase brand awareness.This includes managing online presence, social media marketing, local advertising, and community outreach programs.Required Skills:At least bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, in the healthcare industry/ other related sector.Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.Experience managing Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.Should be a self-starter and a good team player.
