Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and activating advertisements and consistently driving marketing efforts across key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), as well as real estate platforms like Bayut and Dubizzle.

Key Responsibilities

• Activate and manage advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Ensure consistent marketing presence by regularly updating content and listings on all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze ad performance, making necessary adjustments to maximize results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media and real estate platform marketing, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies to fit the unique requirements of each platform.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and details.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
