Are you ready to make an impact in the dynamic world of real estate marketing? We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Lux-Sar Properties in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our marketing initiatives forward through effective communication, creative writing, event planning, and project management.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate Effectively : Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our brand presence.
• Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials that drive engagement.
• Plan Engaging Events : Organize and execute marketing events that spotlight our properties and services.
• Manage Projects : Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our goals.

Qualifications

• Experience : Previous marketing experience is essential, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills : Strong communication and writing abilities alongside sales and project management skills.
• Event Planning : Experience in planning and executing successful events.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
• Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
