In this role, you will:
Build our digital marketing roadmap, and manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency
Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Develop effective digital marketing strategies and working towards marketing sourced revenue/direct marketing revenue for all events
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Manage all activities related to Digital Marketing, and Corporate Communications for the allocated events/business divisions/products
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, social media and advertising that are aligned with marketing manager's strategies
Execute partnerships team tasks, social media tasks, Google Ad words campaigns & adverts, social adverts, SEO and content production for your respective events. Coordinate with team managers for budgeting where required. Ensure our content is regularly promoted across all partner channels
Marketing strategy document, digital marketing campaign schedule, article/blog schedule must be prepared until the event date and must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving Production Brief
Brain Storm new and create growth strategies, and find new avenues with sales and production teams, to generate enquiries
Ensure smooth and on-time delivery of tasks and helping the teams develop innovative promotional ideas.
Come up with innovative ideas for promotional activities online, with a special focus on content promotion (making use of event content such as session videos, interviews, etc) social media marketing and partnerships (media/affiliate) utilization
Manage, effectively utilize and provide regular feedback to allocated branding staff

Travel to events as and when required, and ensure smooth execution is delivered
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
Travel to Manipal as and when necessary for training, mentoring, and monitoring purposes
Proactively support and approach process-level, and strategy-level amendments made by Management; and help evaluating change impact and risks analysis

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
