Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and webinars.
Draft and send invitations, thank-you emails, and follow-ups.
Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and promotional material preparation.
Graphic Design
Assist in creating visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and event signage.
Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needs.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
Develop, edit, and schedule engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, suggesting optimizations.
Ensure all communications align with the company's branding guidelines.
Job Requirements:
5-7 years in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and writing skills in English (mandatory).
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
