Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for all assigned accounts. Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Plan, maintain, and execute a content calendar for each exhibition or project. Monitor, engage with, and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly. Oversee 14+ social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely updates. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.
2.Digital Marketing (Paid Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad reach and ROI. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content and visuals. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and prepare detailed performance reports. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve results.
3.Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for both organic and paid campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Analyze user engagement, traffic data, and ad effectiveness to inform decision-making.Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2.Experience:3+ years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing .
3.Agency experience is a significant advantage.
4.Proficient in social media platforms and their advertising tools (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
5.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
6.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
8.Creative mindset with attention to detail.
