Job Description

At Pro Press Laundry Services LLC, a start-up laundry services provider, we need a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive. The ideal applicant will create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand exposure, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer behavior, and the laundry industry.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our laundry services across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to assess competitors, identify market trends, and gather customer insights.

Digital Marketing Management:

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content to drive engagement and brand recognition.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

• Develop campaigns to attract new customers and encourage repeat business from existing ones.
• Implement loyalty programs and special offers to incentivize customer retention.
• Engage with customers on social media, respond to queries, and address concerns promptly.

Collaborations & Partnerships:

• Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and industry partners to expand reach and generate leads.
• Identify cross-promotion opportunities and strategic partnerships with complementary businesses (e.g., hotels, gyms, dry cleaners).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
