Overview:
As a marketing executive, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans to meet organizational objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to implement strategies that effectively promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials, such as presentations, product sheets, and sales scripts.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc., and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions.
