Job description
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in developing marketing campaigns and promoting services for the brand, generating incremental sales as per yearly marketing calendar and setting budget.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop efficient marketing campaigns in line with the marketing plan and budget to drive sales online & offline
- Execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Develop campaigns suitable for each delivery aggregator and in line with brand strategy aimed at driving incremental sales and orders
- Liaise with external agencies (creative, PR, Food styling, Photography, SEO, etc....)
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit timely ROMI reports
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and offline campaigns
- Run social media channels for the brand (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Suggest promotions with the appropriate costing techniques
- Track brand marketing spends and submit monthly reports
- Visit stores across the UAE and prepare and execute LSM plans to drive sales for individual stores
- Work closely with operations team and support store marketing and POP needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Maintaining proper filing of all campaigns, visuals, analyses as well as printed collateral installation pictures
- Follow internal process for campaign approvals
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports on time and as needed
- Work on any other tasks assigned to him/her by the Head of Marketing & Communications
- Support the events and business development teams and be present on site during
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Proven experience as marketing executive in a similar role (minimum 4 years)
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Experience in running social accounts and community management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and oral
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High sense of responsibility and brand ownership
- Work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
