We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Development: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

- Social Media Management: Oversee the agency's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.

- SEO & SEM: Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various tools and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and senior management.

- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the services provided

- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
