Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Execution: Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking, to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
• Content Development: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website copy, social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters, aligned with client branding and messaging.
• Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media management, and email marketing, to optimize online presence and generate leads.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights, providing valuable input for client strategies and campaign optimization.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, addressing inquiries, and offering strategic recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics and performance indicators using analytics tools, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
