The Marketing Executive plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the digital storefront of our specialized goods and equipment rental application. This position is responsible for creating a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for customers, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:

• Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Categorize and tag products appropriately to improve search and navigation.

2. Website Management:

• Monitor and maintain the website's functionality, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Implement best practices for website speed, security, and performance.

3. Content Creation:

• Create engaging and persuasive product descriptions and marketing content.
• Develop and update visual content, including images and videos.

4. SEO and Online Marketing:

• Optimize product listings for search engines to increase visibility.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.

5. Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product availability, orders, and deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor website traffic, sales, and user behavior using analytical tools.
• Generate reports to assess the performance of products and marketing efforts.

7. Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Implement strategies to minimize product shortages and overstock situations.

8. Technology Integration:

• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies and trends.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the e-commerce platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in product management and online marketing.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO, online advertising, and web analytics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Familiarity with the equipment rental industry is a plus.
