We are hiring for a Marketing Executive top join an Aesthetic Medican Center. Hiring to bring in an effective social media & marketing person who can work as a member of the team and contribute effectively in a professional manner across a busy office environment.

The desired candidate will come from a medical industry background. Ideally from an Aesthetic, Plastic surgery or similar profile.

:

• Excellent technical and communication skills and be able to organize your work effectively with a focus on creating engaging print, web and social media content to drive sales through brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Blog articles, written social media posts and guides.
• You will produce engaging and innovative content, developed around content marketing strategies that support organizational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth and customer acquisition.
• Responsibilities will include management of all social media channels and website content, from strategy planning and content creation, through to implementation, measurement and reporting of the results.
• Support all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagements and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.
• Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives.
• This role requires a brand publisher mind-set: create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion.
• SEO optimization, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
• Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels ensuring all posts are tailored and targeted to an audience relevant to the product and/or brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' work experience in an Aesthetic clinic or medical center in Dubai, UAE.
• Use of Adobe suite. Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is essential.
• Experience of managing multiple social media channels using Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google etc. or something similar.
• Should be available to join immediately.
• Must have experience in running social media campaigns.
• Quality work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
