The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design, and the ability to engage and grow our online presence.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and engagement across all channels.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Graphic Design: Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including images, videos, infographics, and blog posts, that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with our brand guidelines and voice.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on social media management and graphic design.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
