Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and contribute to our shared mission.What you\'ll doAs a Marketing Executive for Careem Pay, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the Careem Pay brand and contribute to our overall business goals. This role involves collaborating with various teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support growth:
Supporting Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing marketing strategies, helping to develop successful initiatives that align with the Careem Pay brand and business objectives.
Campaign Development Assistance: Contribute to the management of the communications plan and calendar, support the campaign development process, and assist in ensuring execution excellence on daily tasks.
Cross-functional Project Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager, growth manager, product managers, CRM & Ops leads, creative team, and other cross-functional teams to support running integrated marketing campaigns for Careem Pay products.
Performance Analysis Support: Help monitor and analyze marketing communications metrics to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to the improvement of campaign performance. A focus on supporting the achievement of digital engagement, CRM effectiveness, and the success of growth initiatives.
Industry Engagement: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to support marketing strategy development.
What you\'ll need
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to the fintech sector, demonstrating a capacity to contribute to successful marketing campaigns.
A detail-oriented approach with strong operational capabilities, capable of executing marketing strategies with precision and efficiency.
Experience with CRM tools, demonstrating an ability to leverage CRM insights to drive marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively collaborating across various teams.
A proactive, creative thinker with an appetite for working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
