Job Description

Responsible for the internal and external branding across the 2 main training centers, branches across Dubai and for the other subsidiary companies within the group. Coordinate with the vendors/suppliers, graphic designers and procurement department to ensure the production, execution and the implementation of the raised requests and ensure timely follow up with the vendors. Conduct monthly visits to the centers, branches and subsidiary companies to review the branding requirements based on the customer profile and the competitor's presence in the vicinity. Act as a point of contact to the vendors and assist them to get necessary permissions/approvals to conduct the installations at the locations. Maintain documentations and records of all requisitions and reports. Analyze the data received from various channels to draw analysis and trend to be highlighted to the top management. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns by using 360 degree marketing mix. Understand the target market and create strategies to reach out to them via various channels. Conduct competitor and market analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures and reporting in terms of pricing, presentation and promotion. Responsible for copywriting of all marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers and website content for Emirates Driving Institute portfolio of the sister companies. Ensure the social media accounts are regularly updated and the customer enquiries, feedback and complaints are communicated to the concerned department to resolve. Comprehend and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to help improve the brand presence Oversee the production of all marketing materials including branded merchandise, website content, and social media accounts Responsible for conducting 200 monthly customer satisfaction surveys via telephone and help resolve the complaints by the concerned departments to maintain the customer satisfaction standards. Ensure the staff feedback and appreciations are conveyed to the department head. Part of the team to conduct promotional events and road safety demonstrations for corporates and schools/nurseries under the CSR umbrella. Assisting the PR and Communications Officer and Director - Customer Service and Marketing in Events planning, organization and execution. Liaison with media and publishers as and when if required. Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups. Liaise with PR and Communications Officer and Director - Customer Service and Marketing to maximize visibility at conferences, safety events, children safety events, EDI Head Office and Branches including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc. Implement QHSE systems requirements in his/ her own work area. Any other job responsibilities assigned by the management. Skill Set:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in related field
  • Job Knowledge in Digital marketing, Media channels, Branding, Market research & Advertisements
