Main requirements:Develop and manage channel-specific campaigns and content for social media platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, Little Red.Increase engagement through social media contentManage the social media calendar, and nurture brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's presenceEvaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and recommend creative iterations to optimize performance and meet business goals.Monitor social media conversations, trends, and analytics, and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content;Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns and assess against KPIs goals;Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.Engage and growth of online community;Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces;Creating an editorial plan or weekly content;Perform market research to be updated with the latest updated social media trends and looking for new online marketing channels;Multi task, willingness to undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned;Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences;Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement;Plan and execute all Chinese social media, including Weibo, WeChat, and other affiliate channels etc;Formulate strategies, running and manage all campaign and promotion to increase product services exposure;Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages;Keep up to date with any social media trends;Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.Other ResponsibilitiesProvide Mandarin communications counsel to departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.Act as the custodian of corporate identity and branding, including editorial oversight for collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, and digital media.Handle crisis communications, including participating in emergency preparedness exercises and developing communication strategies.Job RequirementsUniversity degree preferably in mass communications, marketing, public relations or journalismMinimum three years relevant work experience, with a proven track record in managing Chinese social media platforms and campaignsA good writer with a deep understanding of social media platformsGood communication and interpersonal skills, creative, meticulous, and results-oriented
