The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, and analysing the effectiveness of each campaign to drive program engagement and customer loyalty.What you will do
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of the Blue Rewards program
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create engaging content for a variety of channels including digital, email, and social media to target existing and new customers
Manage promotional events to increase brand awareness and market engagement
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goals
Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
Actively manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms including content creation, customer interaction and tracking engagement metrics
Required skills to be successful
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
What equips you for the role
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Budget-management skills and proficiency
