Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in a rapidly growing medical device company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, with a focus on promoting our innovative medical devices and ensuring educational initiatives align with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders within the medical community.

- Identify and recruit new KOLs to expand our network and influence.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop KOL engagement strategies that support product launches and market penetration.

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for collaboration with KOLs.

Educational Initiatives:

- Organize and coordinate webinars, workshops, and symposiums featuring KOLs to educate healthcare professionals on the latest medical devices and their applications.

- Develop educational materials in collaboration with KOLs to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Market Research:

- Gather insights from KOLs regarding product performance, market needs, and competitive landscape.

- Create reports and presentations to share findings with internal teams and influence marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to align KOL activities with sales objectives.

- Liaise with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the role of KOLs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of managing relationships and projects effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid UAE Driving license
