The Marketing Executive will collaborate with the Marketing Head to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and increase bookings. This role involves managing social media, creating content, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring marketing performance metrics.1. Campaign Planning and Execution:- Collaborate with the Marketing Head to plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertisements.- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive quality traffic.2. Content Creation and Management:- Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance engagement and grow the audience.- Develop storytelling videos, captivating photos, and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in line with branding guidelines.- Manage digital screens and "My Menu" content updates.3. Social Media Strategy:- Prepare and execute annual and monthly social media content plans in collaboration with the Marketing Head.- Coordinate social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and local initiatives to increase visibility.- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to analyze engagement, traffic, and follower growth.4. Loyalty and Promotional Campaigns:- Plan and execute campaigns to promote loyalty programs and hotel events.- Ensure priority messaging is delivered consistently across all platforms.5. Collaboration and Coordination:- Work closely with other departments to produce quality content and ensure cohesive brand positioning across all communication channels.- Promote hotel events, conferences, and activities, coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution and post-event analysis.6. Market Research and Analysis:- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.- Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.7. Graphic Design and Creative Content:- Design graphic content for various platforms using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.- Edit and prepare multimedia content targeting both online and offline audiences.8. Brand Consistency and Partnerships:- Maintain consistent brand positioning in all marketing efforts.- Manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance exposure.Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Additional InformationBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
