We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Events Executive with a strong background in marketing or advertising and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns, creating compelling online ads, and organizing engaging events. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage various aspects of marketing and event coordination with a special focus on small activations for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Create engaging online advertisements using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Manage social media content creation, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and promotional content.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, clients, and media including influencers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing campaigns and online ad creation (Canva/Photoshop).
• Strong background or experience in social media content creation.
• Experience in organizing small-scale events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., entertainment, retail, education].
• Knowledge of Google and Meta advertising best practices.
