Our client, operating several amusement parks within the GCC is seeking to hire a Marketing and Events Coordinator to manage and promote their business.
Duties:
Creating marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or flyers to promote events.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure they have all the necessary equipment and supplies for their jobs.
Tracking attendance at events to ensure that they are profitable, and making adjustments as needed.
Arranging for speakers to present at events, including arrangements and negotiating fees.
Creating a budget for each event and monitoring spending throughout the planning process to ensure that costs are controlled.
Ensuring that all event details are finalized before the event date, including arranging catering services and booking speakers.
Promoting events by designing brochures, mailing invitations, and advertising online.
Coordinating the event itself by arranging logistics such as setting up tables and chairs and arranging lighting with an event coordinator or event planner.
Requirements:
Degree in Event Planning or Marketing Preferred
Organization, Event Planning Experience
Team Management Experience
Time-Management.
Attention to Detail
Bilingual; English and Tagalog speaking candidates will be preferred
