: Fixed Term Marketing & Event Management Interns



We are seeking immediate x2 Interns for a Marketing Internship & Event Management Internship to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the marketing and event management field while working on exciting projects and campaigns.



Role Responsibilities for Marketing Internship:


1. Developing Credential Decks:
Craft compelling credential decks showcasing Avantgarde's past work to prospective clients, highlighting our expertise and successful brand campaigns.


2. Media Title Selection:
Analyze and select media titles that align with client demographics and brand identities, ensuring effective media placement strategies.


3. Campaign Narrative Development: Create engaging campaign narratives that resonate with target audiences, aligning with brand objectives.


4. Social Media Strategy: Devise comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


5. PR Initiatives: Plan and execute PR activities to maximize brand exposure and manage media relations effectively.


6. PR Stunts and Partnerships: Conceptualize and coordinate impactful PR stunts and strategic partnerships to amplify brand presence.


7. Client Decks and Meeting Minutes:
Prepare detailed client presentation decks and accurately document meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.



Role Responsibilities for Event Management Internship

• Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event activities.
• Supporting the team with research and staying up to date with latest event trends.
• Liaising with suppliers/ vendors

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, MailChimp, Canva
