This position will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, drive market growth, and deliver excellence in brand and product campaigns across the region.What You'll be Doingxe2x80xa6
  • Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans for pharmaceutical products, ensuring effective promotion to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Oversee product positioning and branding, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and regulatory teams, to support product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Drive digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency while achieving strategic objectives.
Who You Arexe2x80xa6
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, including regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing strategy execution in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in digital marketing and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
