You will be at the heart of Novo Nordisk\'s future growth and success in Diabetes. You will define the go-to-market strategy and the right marketing team structure preparing the organization for the future and ensuring the Diabetes portfolio achieves its full potential.Your core responsibilities will be:

• Analyzing and identifying areas of opportunity for business growth and ensure they are reflected in strategic plans to improve outcomes for patients living with diabetes.
• Ensure digital acceleration according to Novo Nordisk UAE strategy and brand objectives
• Monitor and challenge market developments (commercial, medical, access etc.) with high business impact and provide strategic recommendations for improvements and prepare for future launches.
• Foster innovation, simplicity, and agility in the organization, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives for sustainable business success.

Qualifications

• You have a Master\'s degree or other relevant academic background in business, economics, natural sciences or pharmacology.
• At least 5-7 years pharmaceutical industry experience in commercial setting and deep understanding of marketing, developing strategies and executing on management level.
• Excellent leadership skills and a good eye for people development are essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of different functions across the value chain are essential.

The UAE affiliate is a dynamic organization aiming to cement Novo Nordisk\'s position in the UAE Diabetes, Obesity Market & Rare Diseases.In order to achieve our goals, we are looking for a Marketing Director, who will drive our affiliate across the diabetes therapy area.
