Responsibilities:Your key resposibilities:Strategic Design Leadership:
Act as the design champion for the Core42 brand, setting the strategic direction for design initiatives that elevate our brand identity. Lead the creation of design briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Creative Conceptualization:
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize visuals and design strategies that align with our brand's goals. Your role will involve understanding complex solutions and translating them into compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audiences.
Impactful Presentation Design:
Craft presentations that not only look visually appealing but also effectively communicate the narrative and key messages. Your designs will play a crucial role in bringing complex solutions to life, creating a memorable brand experience through design and storytelling.
Visual Design Execution:
Develop and execute innovative designs for a wide range of materials, including illustrations, logos, and digital content, ensuring they align with project requirements and brand standards.
Collaborative Design Development:
Work closely with key stakeholders to refine and finalize designs, ensuring they meet the high standards of the Core42 brand. Your collaborative approach will be vital in incorporating feedback and achieving excellence in design for both internal and external stakeholders.
Digital and Print Media Creation:
Design sophisticated digital and print marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media creatives, brochures, posters, ensuring they are on brand.
Brand Guidelines Compliance:
Meticulously apply and safeguard brand guidelines across all design outputs, ensuring consistency and coherence in the brand's visual representation across various platforms and materials.
Innovative Content Creation:
Utilize your skills in video editing and animation to create engaging content that communicates the brand and product messages effectively, enhancing the brand's digital presence.
Design Adaptation and Testing:
Adapt designs for diverse media formats and test graphics to ensure optimal performance across various platforms, maintaining the highest quality in all visual communications.
Feedback Integration and Project Finalization:
Efficiently incorporate stakeholder feedback into designs, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome. Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard, on schedule.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices by engaging in professional development opportunities. Your commitment to learning will contribute to the team's innovation and success.
Qualifications:To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelors degree in graphic design, Fine Arts or related field
5 years of experience as a designer on the agency or brand side
Ideally, youll also have
Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual designs, illustrations, and layouts. Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom for photo editing enhances the ability to produce high-quality images.
Mastery of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides, with the ability to integrate design principles into engaging and persuasive presentations.
A certain level of understanding in web design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch, and understanding of HTML and CSS for creating and editing email campaigns, web designs, and responsive layouts.
Skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) for creating compelling video content and animations that communicate brand messages effectively.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
Skills in creating interactive media, such as web animations or interactive PDFs, to engage audiences in innovative ways.
