Job Summary:

Dream Come True Information Technology is seeking a Creative Manager with a passion for marketing, events, and design. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and events, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage both online and live events. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop and oversee innovative marketing strategies while ensuring seamless execution of events and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content. Manage social media presence and digital marketing efforts. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Event Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee both online and live events from concept to completion. Collaborate with vendors, event partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics efficiently. Innovate and implement event marketing strategies to maximize engagement.
Design & Creative Direction:

Lead and manage the design team to create compelling visual content. Supervise the development of promotional materials, websites, and multimedia content. Ensure designs align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product teams. Guide and mentor junior creatives, fostering a dynamic and innovative work environment. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and event management. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate events. Experience in handling online and live events is a must. Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and creative design. Strong knowledge of event logistics, budgeting, and execution. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Knowledge of UAE marketing regulations and event guidelines.
