Support the territory team with all PR,RFQ, PO Processing, Advance payment via S2P2P / Trapeze
Periodical campaign execution & budget consumption reports for Marketing & VM Manager
Vendor management for window & campaign launches
Lead vendor onboarding & coordination
Liaison with Retail teams for timely updates on operational elements of trade partnerships
Act as the liaison between the legal and marketing teams for partnership-related agreements
Handle non-trade items import clearance and documentation
Guide warehouse team to handle warehouse & store deliveries
Liaise with the finance department for approvals, purchase orders, and payments.
Partner with the design team to produce seasonal and promotional materials.
Communicate with store teams to ensure timely process updates and provide operational information.
Serve as the single point of contact between the Shukran team and UAE stores to maintain Shukran Gift card fulfillments
Achieve Cost savings for VM & Marketing campaign launches
