Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives focused on luxury retail within the home category. This role will be instrumental in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including mall management and retail partners, to enhance brand visibility and drive promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign Coordination:
? Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and objectives.
? Oversee the timeline, budget, and resources for marketing initiatives to ensure successful delivery.
? Stakeholder Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including mall management and retail partners, to facilitate communication and enhance collaboration.
? Act as a liaison between the brand and retail partners, addressing concerns and ensuring that marketing efforts are executed seamlessly.
? Event Planning and Execution:
? Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, in-store promotions, and luxury product launches that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's prestige.
? Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site management of events to ensure smooth operations.
? Marketing Materials Development:
? Collaborate with internal creative teams to design and produce marketing materials (e.g., brochures, signage, digital content) tailored for retail environments, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
? Review and approve marketing collateral to meet brand standards.
? Market Research and Analysis:
? Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and enhance customer engagement.
? Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to management.
? Social Media and Digital Marketing:
? Support the development of social media content and digital marketing initiatives to promote events and campaigns within the luxury home
category.
? Track performance metrics related to marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
? Administrative Support:
? Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and reports for audits and evaluations.
? Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and maintaining project timelines.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
? 2+ years of experience in luxury retail marketing, preferably in the home category
or related sectors.
? Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating
strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor
messaging for diverse audiences.
? Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
simultaneously under tight deadlines.
? Proficiency in digital marketing tools and experience with social media platforms
is a plus.
? Creative thinker with a passion for luxury retail and a deep understanding of
market dynamics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
