Assisting all department cast members with admin tasks such as raising PRs, follow-ups, submitting invoices, comp forms, collaboration agreements, expense reports, IOU\'s etc.
Handling business communication with all incoming inquiries (media and influencers, 3rd party suppliers, listings, internal communication)
Handling all photo and video shoots on the hotel premises
Social media management (responding to comments, and requests, creating reels, and scheduling posts and stories for Paramount social media accounts)
Compiling reports, presentations, and surveys for the team. Providing market research, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
Assisting with the PR event\'s smooth operation (Live show technical management, props, costumes ordering and maintenance etc.)

Experience and Technical Knowledge
1+ year experience in the same field
Experience in Luxury Hospitality environment, Creative or PR agency or any other international brand in same or similar role
Canva experience; MS Office; Excel; Power Point
Preferably Bachelor degree in relevant field
Social Media and community management
Good written and spoken English
