The role
Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator, Global Campaigns, with a specific focus on supporting our Middle East operations, to join our Global Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the overall execution of marketing campaigns, including social and web content, advertising campaign activities, thought leadership production and related. This person will have a strong understanding of the Middle East market, cultural nuances and regional trends. They will need to be capable of working in a dynamic environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively make recommendations for improvements. Overall attention to quality, process and client first service is the primary focus.
Essential Functions
Work closely with assigned marketing manager(s) and clients to develop and execute on marketing initiatives which may be tailored to regional preferences - emails, social content, client internal/external communications, web pages, reports/analytics, white papers, digital ads etc.
Daily project intake and responsibility for briefing supporting team members (internal and external) on responsibilities, milestones and related expectations to obtain their agreement.
Deliver excellent customer service, providing timely responses to quick turnaround requests.
Document and maintain project and campaign plans with clear milestones, ownership and responsibilities.
Utilize various technology platforms to execute and report on campaign performance - Pardot, Oktopost, Dataroma, Drupal, Cvent, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Advertising and others.
Provide thorough quality control, regional language adaptation, and attention to detail, ensuring that appropriate branding, content and formatting are used on all marketing assets.
Required experience
• Some prior experience working in a corporate marketing organization, ideally within the Middle East market or supporting global marketing efforts, in a matrixed environment with multiple divisions and business units.
• Understanding of marketing campaign structures, best practices and project planning and management techniques.
• Experience organizing and analyzing campaign results with the ability to discern campaign engagement trends.
• Accustomed to executing multifaceted marketing campaigns that include components such as web, email, social media and digital advertising, data and similar.
