We're urgently hiring a Marketing coordinator,

Responsibilities

1. Media Outreach:

Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, news outlets, and local partners.

Pitch story ideas, press releases, and articles to the media to secure coverage.

Monitor media trends and identify opportunities for media exposure.

Audit all our external publications on our platforms like website and social media.

Support with the Arabic content.

2. Local partners outreach:

Search for suitable partners to expand the business opportunities.

Approach and establish communications with our old/new local partners.

Solidify company's presence domestically by creating, editing, and proposing cross promotion packages.

3. Press Release Management:

Write, edit, and distribute press releases to announce company news, events, and updates.

Ensure that press releases are engaging, accurate, and aligned with the organization's messaging.

4. Media Events Coordination:

Organize and manage media events, such as press conferences, service/product launches/updates, and Interviews.

Coordinate media attendance, prepare media kits, and ensure a smooth flow of information.

5. Media Monitoring:

Track and report on media coverage related to the organization.

Prepare media coverage reports for internal stakeholders and provide insights for PR strategies.

6. Crisis Communication:

Assist in managing and coordinating communication with the media during crisis situations or emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
