Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in executing and managing marketing activities across various channels. This role involves coordinating content, managing social media, overseeing influencer collaborations, and handling basic design tasks. You'll work closely with our content creator and external designers (if retained) to ensure a seamless marketing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Oversee content creation and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Coordinate with the content creator for engaging posts and campaigns. Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and grow our social media presence.
Content Coordination & Design:

Work with designers (if applicable) or handle basic design tasks when needed. Ensure brand consistency across all content.

2. Influencer & PR Coordination:

Manage influencer partnerships, including staycations, photoshoots, and collaborations. Oversee logistics and schedules for influencer-led marketing initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing & Analytics:

Support performance marketing activities (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Use various marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend optimizations.

4.Email & WhatsApp Marketing:

Coordinate and execute email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Work with automation tools to enhance communication and retargeting strategies.

5. On-Site Coordination:

Visit properties for content shoots, collaborations, and marketing-related tasks.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in travel or real estate. Strong understanding of social media content coordination and growth strategies. Experience working with influencers and managing brand collaborations. Ability to handle design coordination and basic creative tasks. Hands-on approach--someone who takes initiative and makes things happen. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal hand-holding. Proficiency in marketing tools (or willingness to learn as you go).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
