Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Marketing Coordinator

to support the

Marketing Manager and Executives

in implementing strategic marketing campaigns that drive

sales and brand awareness

for the

Motors Division of AS

. The ideal candidate will assist in event planning, digital marketing, CRM management, and marketing reporting, ensuring smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Campaign Execution:



Assist in the

planning and execution

of product launches, product placements, and marketing events across

sales, aftersales, and used cars

for Dubai showrooms. Support the

development and implementation

of advertising and marketing collaterals, including

EDMs, digital assets, outdoor advertising, and telemarketing initiatives

. Contribute to

SMS marketing content creation and execution

. Assist in the

production and installation

of showroom graphics and branding materials.

Marketing Operations & Budget Management:



Maintain

full responsibility for marketing stock management

, supplier sourcing, and re-ordering. Support the

preparation of marketing reports

, including

AME's quarterly financial reports

. Handle

budget management

related to claiming

AME financial support on a quarterly basis

.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:



Assist in managing

Google Analytics

and digital tracking processes to monitor marketing performance. Support

CRM management and reporting

, using the

Fusion system

to ensure

data accuracy, generate reports, and analyze customer insights

. Utilize

SAP

to pull and analyze reports for

warranty and service communications

within the aftersales division. Oversee the

Customer Loyalty Software

, ensuring proper

database management, analysis, and reporting

.

Administrative & Reporting Support:



Handle

LPO and invoice generation, collection, and coordination

with marketing partners and the

AS accounts department

. Conduct

market research analysis

, including

questionnaire reviews and survey analysis

. Perform

competitor analysis research

, preparing

bi-monthly reports and presentations

for management. Support additional

tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager

to contribute to overall marketing success.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in

marketing, brand management, or event coordination

, preferably in the

automotive industry

.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of

Google Analytics, CRM systems (Fusion), SAP, and digital marketing tools

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

.
