Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols and Armani to name just a few!ABOUT THE ROLE To support the Marketing team with the roll out of the campaigns and activations of the brands in store and ensure that all the requirements for invoicing, reporting and activating are fulfilled. to coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions and events for the allocated Business Portfolio (BP)-in the case Lifestyle brands.WHAT YOULL BE DOING \xe2\x9c\x93 Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands \xe2\x9c\x93 Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities\xe2\x9c\x93 Coordinate on daily basis with sales team, and/or BU managers to identify possible marketing requirements and support for the business \xe2\x9c\x93 Coordinate with the central team on weekly basis regarding all marketing requirements ranging from POS, posters, brochures, media requirements ,merchandising, websites, PR, CRM and database capturing, displays, etc \xe2\x9c\x93 Liaise with vendors to ensure production of POS material and marketing collateral in line with marketing objectives and agreed timelines \xe2\x9c\x93 Assist line manager in collating data for reports on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, post activity reports after each sponsorship/display activity ,etc. as required \xe2\x9c\x93 Assist in collating competitors activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging and planning \xe2\x9c\x93 Maintain the archiving system for all executed elements in the marketing calendar and ensure all relevant databases / systems are updated as mandated \xe2\x9c\x93 Collect and maintain estimates & invoices with all vendors and ensure timely process of payments through the FSS structure \xe2\x9c\x93 Support the team on maintenance of annual budgets including allocation of monthly phasing \xe2\x9c\x93 Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors, mall management, etc \xe2\x9c\x93 Update and maintain the marketing calendar for all promotional initiatives \xe2\x9c\x93 Timely Updating of the website brand and portfolio content by season \xe2\x9c\x93 Work with the Brand Principals & Social Media team to develop relevant content on the allocated portfolioABOUT YOU Education/Certification and Continued Education \xe2\x9c\x93 Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce with tertiary qualifications in Marketing Years of Experience 2 - 3 years experience in a relevant field Knowledge and Skills \xe2\x9c\x93 Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills \xe2\x9c\x93 Assertive and confident personality \xe2\x9c\x93 .Methodical and organized approach with deadline achievement essential \xe2\x9c\x93 Computer literateAdditional Information
