Job Overview

As a 360 Marketing Coordinator at Trace Hospitality, you will support the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across all platforms. Your role will involve coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our brand message, and engaging with our community. You will also assist in daily operations, capturing content for marketing use and supporting our brand's presence in the Food & Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Assist in fostering a strong community connection by supporting community advocacy initiatives for Trace Hospitality brands.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, content, and influencer tactics, as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Content Scheduling: Assist in managing content calendars, writing compelling social media copy, and ensuring timely content posting.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to support the optimization of marketing content.
• Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to gather insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Content Support: Assist in creating engaging content tailored to various demographic groups.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
• Research Assistance: Support research activities to uncover valuable consumer insights that can inform marketing strategies.
• Audience Interaction: Help understand and differentiate audience behavior across various social platforms to enhance engagement.
• Agency Coordination: Assist in coordinating with in-house teams and third-party agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media, content creation, and community management. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
• Experience dealing with in-house teams and third-party agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience with social and community quality assurance programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.

Location: Abu Dhabi (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on social media and content creation.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages sector is a plus.
