We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator specializing in social media to join our dynamic team in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, videos, and blogs. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, industry trends, and audience preferences.
• Community Engagement: Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster meaningful interactions. Monitor social media channels to maintain a positive brand image and address customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track key metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement. Coordinate influencer collaborations and monitor their impact on brand visibility and sales.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging social media platforms. Recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role within the food and beverage industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, particularly in food-related content and trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
