Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator at Exotic Colors, you will work closely with our marketing team to support the implementation of various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our brand, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth. This role offers valuable exposure to a wide range of marketing activities and provides an excellent platform for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing, under the guidance of senior team members.

Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

Support the coordination of marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities, including logistics planning, venue coordination, and attendee management.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and potential opportunities for marketing initiatives.

Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, provide support for marketing projects, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing files, maintaining marketing databases, and scheduling meetings, to ensure efficient operations within the marketing department.

Requirements

Arab female candidate currently residing in the Abu Dhabi.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience or an internship in marketing, advertising, or a related field is advantageous but not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is desirable.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
