Perform gap analysis YTD vs. Plan/Forecast and previous years.
Prepare Monthly Category Business Reviews:
Focus on Net Sales, Gross Margin, Sales & Margin Driver.
Emphasize YTD & YTG performance vs. Forecast.
Conduct Performance Category Analysis:
Identify risks and opportunities.
Ensure Data Quality in BASE:
Utilize BASE as the single source of marketing budget steering.
Track marketing budgets effectively.
Drive Marketing Budget Conversations:
Conduct monthly budget reviews to understand risks and opportunities.
Ensure budget spend is on track.
Support the Marketing Team:
Drive simplicity in investments with fewer activities and bigger impact.
Utilize ROI analysis through Nielsen & B.One reporting systems for transparency.
Track consumption & release for Marketing Budgeting spends.
Create and Implement Standardization and Digitalization:
Develop processes, templates, reports, and dashboards.
Your ProfileEducation:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or Management (CPA/Master\'s degree preferred).
Experience:
At least 5 years of work experience, ideally within an FMCG company.
Exposure to Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain commercial concepts.
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic thinking with strong data analysis ability.
Proficient in interpreting financial trends and market data.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English.
Technical Skills:
Advanced skills in Excel (XLS), PowerPoint (PPT), and SAP.
Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
