Job Description

The Marketing Content Creator will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, content creation, social media management, and marketing research. Additionally, they will work closely with our agents, accompanying them on property viewings to capture high-quality photos and videos for promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation



Develop and implement effective digital lead generation strategies using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and more. Create high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels to capture and nurture qualified leads. Continuously track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns to optimize results.

Content Creation



Produce engaging content including blog posts, property descriptions, email newsletters, and videos to drive brand awareness and promote property listings. Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent, high-quality online presence. Collaborate with real estate agents to craft compelling property descriptions highlighting key features and benefits.

Social Media Management



Oversee and grow the company's social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn by posting regular updates, property listings, and promotional content. Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Use social media analytics tools to track engagement, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies.

Property Photography & Video Creation



Attend property viewings with agents to capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase properties in their best light. Edit and enhance photos/videos for use in digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media. Develop virtual tours and video walkthroughs to provide potential clients with an immersive property experience.

Market Research



Stay informed on the latest trends in real estate and digital marketing to continually improve strategies. Conduct thorough research on market trends, target demographics, and competitors to refine marketing approaches. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on new opportunities for growth and brand visibility.

Reporting & Analytics



Analyze and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation, website traffic, and social media engagement. Prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, content marketing, and social media platforms. Proficiency in photography and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creativity in content creation. A passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the industry is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
