- Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field
- 3-6 years of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent project planning skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong media writing skills for story pitching, writing releases, blogs and bylines
- Experience in developing and strengthening relationships with key media contacts
- Experience managing events, including the preparation of timelines, finding venues, and managing resources
- Experience developing briefings and talking points
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work either independently or on a team
- Social media and digital marketing experience
