Key Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across all platforms.
• Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing promotions, including seasonal sales, events, and product launches.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content creation to boost online presence and engagement.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints; manage brand positioning and identity.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Marketing in Hypermarket/Supermarket Inds.: 6 years (Required)
