Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager Regions: UAE & UK Position Type: Full-time A fast-growing media & advertising company is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to lead their brand marketing and B2B marketing strategy in the UAE and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, with a strong B2B focus. The role requires expertise in writing content for presentations, blogs, and marketing collateral, and ideally, a background in media or advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, ensuring consistent messaging, and engaging with key stakeholders in the media and property sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand marketing initiatives to reinforce market leadership. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with business strategies. Enhance brand authority through thought leadership content, PR, and industry recognition. Create and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting media agencies, direct brands, and property management companies. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) to drive brand awareness and leads. Produce white papers, case studies, and industry reports to support brand credibility. Lead content creation, including presentations, blogs, LinkedIn articles, and sales collateral. Plan and execute industry events, workshops, and networking initiatives to strengthen market presence. Collaborate with PR agencies for strategic media outreach and increased exposure. Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights. Requirements: Min 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the media or advertising industries. Proven expertise in brand marketing, digital marketing, and content strategy. Strong copywriting skills for B2B content, including presentations, blogs, and marketing collateral. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.
