They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in managing quick turnarounds, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in managing external teams and stakeholders.This is a 6-month temp role with possibility of becoming a permanent position.Budget:- AED 25,000-30,000Responsibilities:
Manage event planning, execution, and evaluation across APAC and UAE, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Oversee relationships with PR and marketing agencies, guiding campaigns and initiatives.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels to uphold brand integrity in the food industry.
Develop and manage marketing/PR budgets, optimizing resources and tracking ROI.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing and PR professionals to achieve strategic goals.
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders to align efforts with their objectives.
Develop crisis communication protocols to protect the brands reputation.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in marketing/PR in the UAE, with expertise in the food industry.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in organizing B2B and B2C events in APAC and UAE to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work across time zones for event and campaign support.
